Return & Refund/Exchange
To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment, please email us at namaste@ririco.in
- All merchandise purchased at full price must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
- The merchandise must be unworn and in saleable condition with tags attached.
- The merchandise must not be altered.
- To exchange merchandise, the return process must be followed.
- The customized product can not be returned or exchanged.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact us at namaste@ririco.in with the following information. We will be in touch with you in 1-2 business days.
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for the return.
We will then email you or contact you with the next steps.
Shipping
- Within India, the cost of shipping is free. All taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
- We will try our best to ship your order on the same day if placed before 12:00 pm IST. All other orders will be shipped within the next 3-7 days.
- We will send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
Cancellation Policy
An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. Please get in touch with namaste@ririco.in immediately to request cancellation.
Riri Co reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you if it has not been approved/processed by Riri Co.
